Today is Pepero Day here in South Korea. Pepero Day is a little like Valentine's Day, young people and couples give each other Pepero - biscuit sticks dipped in chocolate - Korea's version of Pocky. The date is said to resemble four Pepero sticks - 11/11.
Pepero Day has been banned in a few schools because it's too commercial and unhealthy, I can see their point but I was still stoked to get a few sticks from my students!
